INTEGRAL ATTENTION AND REPRODUCTION TO VICTIMS POPULATION IN THE COUNTRY IS A PRIORITY, AND WE WORK IN CONNECTION WITH STATE ENTITIES TO ACHIEVE IT.        

•    Characterization is key to address the real needs of the victim population, allowing a more pertinent approach to the State's offer to achieve it in coordination between the nation and the territory to guarantee effective enjoyment of the rights of this population.
•    Those    that    are    registered    in    the    Sole    Registry    of    Victims    (RUV    –    for    its    Acronyms    in    Spanish)    can    come    by    with    their    document    in    hand,    and    with    a    copy    of    the    documents    of    those    who    make    up    the    family    nucleus.    
• This will take place on October 27th - 29th, at the premises of the Industrial Technical Institute with the support of the Unit for Integral Care and Reparation for Victims, the Secretariat of Social Development of the Departmental Government in coordination with the Ministry of Interior, headed by the Victims' Policy Articulation Group, and accompaniment of the Office of the Ombudsman and the Attorney General's Office.

    
As part of the process of implementing Policy 1448 of 2011, and with the articulated work between the entities of the National and Territorial order, there will be an appointment on October 27th - 29th, 2017 to conduct a Characterization Day of the Victims Population of San Andres which seeks to interview conflict victims and determine the current situation in which they live and how to land the pertinent offer to advance in order to guarantee their rights.
    
The result of this day is to implement care routes and comprehensive repair in which, with the participation of the community, time, deadlines, responsibilities and priorities will be established that meet the needs and expectations of those involved.
 The programs formulated after this exercise will be accompanied by the Office of the Ombudsman, the Office of the Attorney General, the Unit for Victims, the Ministry of Interior and other entities of the National Care and Integral Reparation for Victims System to guarantee its effective implementation from the follow up and monitoring of the process.
    
The call is open for the population that is registered in the Sole Registry of Victims and will also be a space for dialogue, meeting and recognition of this population that inhabits the island as an opportunity to advance in the construction among all of one truly stable and lasting peace with justice and reconciliation that reaches every corner of Colombia. #SanAndrésEsColombia #PorLasVictimas #PorLaReconciliación.
