Bearing in mind that the Ministry of Agriculture through Resolution 000331 of October 5th, 2017 duly published on October 20th, 2017, made the Department's distribution and the Municipal distribution and prioritization of the programmed resources of rural social interest housing for 2017, through which the construction of 31 new homes in the rural sector, for the island of San Andres, has been arranged. The Territorial Entity can only apply 3 times the number of households for the available subsidies. In this case, a total of 93 households that comply with the total requirements - documentation required for the application.

 
The allocation of the subsidy will be made by the Agrarian Bank in a conditioned manner for the households in accordance with what is established in article 2.2.1.5.2.1 of Decree 1071 of 2015 that meet the requirements with the highest score until the available subsidies are used up; based on the results of the verification of the documentation and information provided during the call which was made by the Planning Secretariat. Based on the foregoing, the Secretary of Planning (In Charge) VANESSA CORREAL CAMARGO is allowed to convene the Raizal Population of the island, interested in applying to such call to present the documentation related below: 1) Postulation form completed and signed. (It is delivered the day of receipt of the documentation). 2) Identification Documents of each of the members of the postulated household - Readable. 3) Documents of the lot or estate:   1. Ownership History and Non-lien Certificate with validity no greater than 45 days. 2. Self-declaration of sound possession signed by the head of the household and two witnesses. 3. Certification of a sound possession by the competent authority. (One of the three previous ones according to ownership)  Certification of environmental conditions of the lot or property by the competent authority (It is issued by the Secretariat of Planning) 4) Special Condition Documents of the home according to the case:  Sisben Score  Sole Registration Certificate of Victims (Raizals)  Ethnic Group Certificate ( OCCRE -Raizal)   Community Mother Certificate – ICBF  
Informal Sector Working Declaration   Producers Association Certification and Certificate of Existence and Legal Representation of the current Association.  Peasant Association Certification and Certificate of Existence and Legal Representation of the current Association.  Medical Certificate of Disability Condition  Natural Disaster Certificate UNGRD/CLOPAD/CREPAD  Certificate of Land Formalization.    Each of the certificates listed above will give a score on the grading of the households. 5) Not having received any subsidy from the State, neither the applicant nor members of their family nucleus 6) Listing of neighbors adjacent to the property (describing north, south, east and west boundaries) 7) Income Certification - minerva format, (for each member of the household) 8) Affidavit of not owning a home (notary) The reception of the documentation will be done as follows:
